It rained for the four days that we spent in Ballarat Victoria. As it was bitterly cold and very stormy with wild winds and driving rain the poodlewalks were constrained and limited in scope.
It was a matter of waiting for a break in the weather than hoping for the best. We were lucky on the walk around Lake Wendouree:–the rain eased, the wind dropped, and the sun came out. Only for a brief 30 minutes or so. Then it started raining again. But it was enough.
